What if a guest does not show up?
Their ticket or reservation amount was paid when they booked, and it is not refunded for a no-show. It stays with you.
When do I get the money?
The next working day. Guests pay by card through our payment provider, PaySpot, and every ticket and reservation amount is sent to your venue's bank account on the next working day after the payment. Each payout is listed in your dashboard.
Can I sell tickets if I do not have tables?
Yes. Sell the event by capacity: tickets ignore your floor plan, and the venue closes to regular table bookings while the event runs. Or keep table seating, and every ticket holder gets a table.
What happens if I cancel an event?
Every paid ticket is refunded automatically, and each guest gets an email about it.
How do guests get in?
Each guest gets a confirmation email with a QR code. Your staff scan it at the door with any phone, from the check-in page, and seat them in one tap.
How much does Werezrv cost?
