2. Collection and use of personal data

We collect personal data that you provide during the reservation and account-creation process (e.g. name and surname, email address, contact phone), which are necessary to fulfil your reservation and communicate with you. We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.

3. Cookies and other technologies

Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work: the session cookie, your chosen language and your display preferences. We use no analytics or marketing cookies and we do not let third parties collect data about you through our site. We tell you about our use of cookies on your first visit. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings, though the site may not work properly without the necessary ones.

4. Security of personal data

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

5. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the following rights:

• the right of access – to learn whether we process your personal data and to receive a copy of it;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• the right to erasure – when the data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, when you withdraw consent, or when the processing is unlawful;
• the right to restriction of processing in the cases set by law;
• the right to data portability – to receive the data you gave us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
• the right to object to processing, including processing for direct marketing;
• the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.

You can send a request to exercise your rights to info@werezrv.com. We respond without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of receipt; for complex requests this may be extended by a further 60 days, in which case we will let you know. Exercising your rights is free of charge.

6. Children's data

Our services are not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data of children without the consent of a parent or guardian.

7. Marketing and consent

We email news about events and offers at venues only to users who have given their explicit consent by ticking a separate, unchecked box on the reservation payment page. Consent is not a condition of reserving or paying. We do not give your personal data to third parties or companies for marketing purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the link in every such email or by writing to info@werezrv.com, after which we will send you no further promotional messages.

8. Confidentiality and disclosure to third parties

Personal and address data of consumers are considered a business secret. It is forbidden to sell, cede or exchange consumer data or payment card information, in any form, to a third party, except to the Bank or competent state authorities.

9. Protection of payment card data

Payment card transactions are processed via the PaySpot payment gateway. During payment card data entry, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment. We do not request or store, in any electronic form, data related to the payment card (card number, expiry date, CVC2/CVV number, etc.).
